Your reporting time is 01hours prior to the departure time with original photo Id Proof is mandatory.Since this is a silent airport, no boarding announcement will be made.
- Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice.
- All fares are subject to the restrictions that apply to the particular fare.
- Seats are limited and all fares may not be available on all flights.
- Tickets are valid for the named passenger only and are not transferable.
- Full booking amount shall be refunded in case the booked flight is cancelled or delayed by more than three hours unless such delay is caused due to force majeure.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
- 24 Hrs prior to departure date Rs.1120/- deducted of the base fare.
Less than 24 hrs: No Refund
All tickets are non transferable
- Rebooking is possible only up to 6 hours prior to scheduled departure. Charges Applicable shall be Rs.1120/- plus fare difference

Refund
- If booking is done at a Ventura Office, the cancellation may be done at any Ventura Office. Mode of payment shall be same as adopted during booking
- The refund time may vary accordingly .Incase of time exceeding 20 days, kindly contact directly on bookings@flyairconnect.com
For bookings done through travel agencies or travel portals, cancellation and refund shall be processed by the same agency

Passengers,before entering the terminal,to ensure wearing of Face Mask as per prevailing requirements.He/She will continue to wear the mask throughout the journey.
- During arrival and departure at the airport terminal as well as in the aircraft,hygine and sanitation to be maintained by passengers
BAGGAGE RULE
- Baggage up to 7 Kg per person from origin to destination is permissible. Extra baggage may be allowed on a payment of Rs.150 per Kg.No check in baggage is allowed, only carryon baggage is allowed.
- Baggage size should be limited to & not more than 50cms x40cmsx20cms.
- All the disputes arising out and in relation to the flights of Ventura Airconnect Ltd shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat/Ahmedabad courts only to the exclusion of all other forums and courts
